This working session of project BET took place at the Tampere Tanssiteateri MD (Finland). We are so very glad it worked out despite all restrictions.

 

This one week intensive involved a group of the artists who were able to travel there alongside some of the artists who were only able to participate via Zoom. These times offer many obstacles for us all to be able to meet in person as a full group.

Our deepest gratitude goes to our host Tanssiteateri MD for providing the residency for us during those days. It is a very welcoming place with great staff. We also thank the dancer and choreographer Anniina Kumpuniemi for travelling with us and offering an exciting voice-movement session.

 

This time our focus was deepening our work around certain themes, structuring and layering movement material, getting close to the core of performance we are creating and group work as creation methodology.
